This week is Mental Health Awareness Week.  The focus of this years campaign is on anxiety and increasing peoples awareness and understanding. Anxiety is a normal emotion in all of us which can sometimes get out of control and become a mental health problem.

One of the ways to deal with anxiety is through increasing our physical activity. Here at Progressive Kung-Fu we provide training methods through our physical and psychological practices to help promote the bodies natural endorphins, in turn, helping reduce anxiety and stress.
